I’ve got two racks of baby back ribs and a some wings on the Yoder right now. Ribs will go into foil in 20 minutes and then back out for sauce and final hour of smoke at 4:00. I’ll crisp up the wings in peanut oil and finish half in a jalapeño garlic dry rub and the rest in buffalo sauce. Wife is cooking up some collard greens for the side. I’m fasting until then so looking forward to one hell of a victory feast!

A couple of my Grand Daughters showed up about noon. "PaPa" can we get doughnuts?...... So off we went to Lamars Donuts. 30 min drive from Golden to Lamars on 6th ave in Denver. Spent an hour driving for a dozen fried sugar coated pcs of dough.
