This is not how the justice system works on here. You and Tribal Warfare have both been tried and found guilty by the Supreme Court of the ChiefsPlanet Forum. You have no say over your sentence and the sentence of your fellow convict. You will be notified in due course when the Justices have agreed the appropriate sentence for your crimes against the Kingdom.

As to why you're only just hearing about this now... We contacted your legal representatives and gave them a deadline of midnight to confirm their attendance. However, they missed this deadline by one second and have cited server time differences taken from time.windows.com as the reason for their late submission. We then considered their appeal and dismissed it on the basis that it's clearly a lie.
