Perhaps Cincy shouldn't have lost to New England?

He probably grumbled when they gave him the script for this show. "I have to say WHAT?"

Those ****s have been a joke for a decade. It's not enough. They deserve entire generations of fans having no hope whatsoever.

The reality is that we used to be the teams putting all our hopes on the outcome of week 18 to sneak in the playoffs and hopefully (LOL) catch lightning in a bottle only to have our hopes and dreams of winning anything that matters thoroughly demolished. Either this week or next.

Now I'm here for the jokes because week 18 is boring as **** when you're the best team in the league.

What a time to be alive.

It will never be enough. I want them to have hope, and I want that hope to have it's balls smashed in a vice over and over.

I assume that after this clip ended Nick eviscerated this bullshit take.

You don't want your season to hang on a game you have no control over and a team that has nothing to play for? YOU SHOULD HAVE WON MORE GAMES.

Kind of like you don't think overtime rules are fair? YOU SHOULD HAVE SCORED ONE MORE POINT AND WON IN REGULATION.

It's not rocket science.

In58men 01-05-2025 09:56 AM

Does anybody know the playoff scenarios if we win or lose?

In58men 01-05-2025 10:17 AM

If Denver losses and Miami wins that means Denver and Cincy are both out?

Yes, Miami would be the 7 seed and face Buffalo.

This is the perfect scenario.

Could care less about winning this one. All I want is no injuries.

The Raiders didn't sit their starters though. I wish they had. That was Derrick Thomas' last game. He might still be alive if we won that game.

What a wonderful week to be a Chiefs fan.

Beat the Broncos and knock them out of the post-season or lose to them and knock the Bengals out.

Still hoping for the Chiefs and Dolphins wins but really can’t lose.

I do hope the Raiders knock the Chargers back to the 6 seed.

Was it fair that the Bengals got to face Tyler Huntley and barely beat him in a playoff game because Lamar Jackson was protecting his health due to impending contract negotiations? Was that "fair" to other teams who had to face real QBs?

Interesting. Which WRs, TEs, and RBs are active for this game?
