I think it's easy to say that him and Mahomes are easily the best 2 QBs in the NFL and if one played in the NFC, they would probably meet up in the SB as much as they have the AFC Playoffs.

Wut?

That was a wounded duck. It was a hell of an effort but it was an awful throw.

People keep saying he's great.

He's not. He's a stat padder...

How can you see those numbers and hold that opinion, though?

He’s so obviously the second best QB in the league. Chiefs fans know as well as anyone. He’s literally the only guy Spags can’t contain. Not even Brady can make that claim.

He had the perfect set ups plenty of time and all of his TO’s. You have to at least get a FG here and run time down.

The greats do it. Josh Allen had his shot and he failed again.

On the plus side for the Bills, a bunch of kids are getting Bills AFC Champs T-shirts in the Congo.

Yep. Josh made a hell of a throw, and put that ball in the only place where it could be caught. It was not caught because Kincaid dropped it. Was it probably a little bit lucky of a pass? Sure, especially the placement. Because Josh was running for his life. But he made the play, his teammate let him down.

I understand this is an uphill battle because they simply haven’t beaten us. At the end of the day, it’ll always just be “well, he didn’t get it done”.

But it’s hard for me to watch these games and think it’s really on Allen. He’s the one guy who consistently shows up for them.

It’s always some stupid shit. Like, he drives them down and gives Bass a makeable 40-yarder and he misses by a mile. Meanwhile, Pat sets Butker up for a 55-yarder and he drills it lol

I don’t think so. He led their offense to 29 points. Twice in the last two calendar years our defense has given up 28+, both times were to Allen and the Bills.

I think it’s a greater indictment on their defense and coaching than anything. It’s hard to win playoff games when you’re giving up an average of 34 points.

Hell, we gave up an average of 34 points per game against Brady-led offenses in the playoffs and unsurprisingly we’re 0-2 against them.

At some point they need to stop asking the QB to be perfect.

St. Patty's Fire 01-27-2025 09:37 AM

yes joshy poo magnificently led the bills offense to 29 points all by himself. he had zero help from cook or his offensive line

sorry, but the bills offense putting up 29 points isnt the argument ender JAllen glazers think it is. they scratched and clawed their way to barely get every single one of these points. How many times did we force them to go for it on fourth down, or get them into a horrible situation on third down? he made some plays, but he didnt make nearly enough. he tried to turn the ball over 4 times and against all mathematical odds didn’t do it once. he made several errors on pass protection at the line and had a bunch of off kilter throws. mahomes had one turnover worthy play and the bills instantly scoop it up. but tell me about the exploits of the oh so wonderful josh allen.

I feel for Josh Allen. He seems like a legit cool guy and is easy to cheer for (if he wasn't in the Chiefs way year after year).

Seeing that guy on the bench in the final moments relive his personal Vietnam was gut-wrenching.....which is hard to do when you're in the midst of celebrating another Super Bowl berth.

He is a beta bitch compared to true alphas. That's why Burrow is scarier than Allen.

mr. tegu 01-27-2025 09:42 AM

I would be much more willing to root for Allen to win if we can't win one if their fans weren't so delusional about him as it relates to Mahomes. They, and even some media members, are insufferable with their "Allen is better" stuff even without winning anything of significance.
