I like it with pineapple and tajin but you have to eat it fast otherwise the enzymes in the pineapple start breaking down the cheese

Cottage cheese is good with a drizzle of hot chili oil and a pinch of salt. It's got that whole hot/cool thing going on. Black pepper isn't enough. I like it SPICAY!
