iii. the history some folks have with each other

At least that's my professional opinion. ;)

I think once a post or thread gets uber-personal (i.e. a thread dedicated to calling someone out) then it should be moved ASAP.

Some sort of internet police? I'm responding to you & talking to FE at the same time, in hopes that this won't be bumped down to the Petty Board Disputes. What I'm trying to do is make another attempt to clarify my position.

FE is implying that he's trying to save Chiefs Planet & its members from the evil JD. A JD that makes phone calls in the we hours of the morning & calls people's places of work. I'm not admitting to any of those allegations. But I will say if anybody has had to deal with that in the past, then IMO & in the opinion of my group, they more than deserved it. He is claiming that that he kept at me until my "true colors' showed. This is another ridiculous statement by a most ridiculous man. If somebody keeps at you constantly, OF COURSE you're going to lose your temper. I am a very strong & proud person. I'm not going to let an individual who spends every waking hour of the night & day on the internet try to make a fool of me. If that's not enough, he was also one of the people who were in the ear of my old internet server, Bravenet. And it has been told to me that he was either directly responsible or closely aligned with people who brought down a BB that we worked very hard on. Unfortunately, another board had to suffer the same fate because of his actions, but we won't go into that.

What we will go into is that this thing is starting to sound more & more like Romper Room every day. I posted to FE on the petty Board Disputes & tried to be civil with him. I told him that I was looking for a solution to the problems & that we didn't have to like eachother but that we could still coexist. I've encountered a lot of good fans since I've been here, like you Hstimage. It's unfortunate that there is another group that thinks they are omniscient. An example would be my post early this morning about Sadaam Hussein. Not everyone is perfect, Hstimage. And I think it's PATHETIC how some of these people portray themselves as snobby geniuses that you DARE NOT make a grammatical error or any other type of mistake like that in their presence. These people need to get a clue or need a good crack. They're so confused they don't know if they want to play the role of internet terrorist or intellect extrordinare. Even though it won't be from me, I'm sure one day they'll get a little too snotty with someone in their day to day endeavors, & then heaven help them.

FE knows nothing about the start of my journey on the internet. He only knows up to the last 2 years of it when Chiefs Planet got involved. I'm not trying to get close to any of these members to then start harrassing them out of a clear blue sky. I have 40 people that will put together a letter or a post for you & tell you how much they enjoy my forum & how they've been treated by my wife & me for the last 3+ years.

The whole problem is Hstimage, that FE & people like him think they're gonna step up & do something to get rid of me. That will never happen. I've come to Chiefs Planet to put the past behind & I knew my journey would be rocky. But my intentions are pure. I wanted to enjoy the nonfootball topics as well as Chiefs related issues on one of the largest Chiefs BBS on the internet. I'm not trying to knock the Planet, because I do enjoy it or I would not be here. But I don't think it's a hardcore ALL FOOTBALL forum. I think the reason for that is obvious - too many non-Chiefs related topics. Be that as it may, it's still a very successful project & I'm sure Kyle is very proud of what he's built, just as I am proud of what I've built. I would like to move on with Fat Elvis, & I think I stated that clearly in my post. He claims that he can do anything he wants because he has anonymity. Well I hate to break it to him, but he won't enjoy his anonymity for long. I plan to be civil with him & maybe even burying the hatchet if time will allow all wounds to heal. But if he continues his attacks, I will have no other alternative than to strike back in a most effective fashion. I'm never going to win a popularity contest here. But there already are enough people who would just as soon stay out of my way rather than start insulting my family & me & risk reprisals.

Thank you for the opportunity to post, Hstimage. I won't respond to any replies to this because if I do, we'll be arguing until as I like to say "the cows come home". I'm a success in most everything I do, Hstimage. I don't want anyone feeling bad for me or claiming that I'm picked on. I can handle myslef just fine. It's the others that need to look in the mirror & reevaluate who exactly they are. I'd like to go onto say that I think that bumping all negative posts to the Petty Board Disputes is a good idea for the most part. The only problem is, & that's JD Prez aside, is that you're going to have quite a busy place over there. Good luck to you.
