It all starts at the top. You hire a Choke Artist who's coach had to make him the Number Two Offensive Option and cheat to get him a ring he didn't earn, he's gonna attract / develop players with a sense of entitlement that think they can do whatever they want and still receive things they didnt earn just like their superior.

It's really Pat Bowlen's fault though, not Horse Face's. Bowlens the REALLY entitled one that stupidly hired the jackass in the first place.

He didn't have any gun according to local media. There was one in the ride, and this lady actually got out of her car and threw a bottle at them. So basically...typically...with our crappy media...is as clear as mud.

- When you get this news from cable instead of CP you get happy.
- When you get happy you celebrate Dumbervil'e arrest.
- When you celebrate Dumbervil'e arrest you realize he may not be on the field against the Chiefs.
- When you realize he may not be on the field against the Chiefs he probably won't be on the field against the Chiefs.
- When he won't be on the field against the Chiefs Matt Cassel ****s up less.
- When Matt Cassel ****s up less he'll stay the Chiefs quarterback.
- When Matt Cassel stays the Chiefs quarterback Ricky Stanzi does not see the field.

So in reading these posts, it sounds like some evil people cut off Dumervil's car, threw stuff at him, planted a gun in his car and his friend's car, and then enlisted a blind Victoria's secret into the conspiracy. And then Perrish Cox impregnated the blind Victoria's Secret woman without her knowledge or consent, but it wasn't rape. Do I have the story right?

Dumervil will be exonerated.

But hypothetically, if Doom was guilty, the Broncos would be ****ed. The only thing that makes the Broncos defense even somewhat scary is Von and Doom. Without one of them, the defense is nothing special.

The police report says that both of them flashed guns. So the victims were lying about seeing Dooms gun and just got lucky that he just so happened to have on in his car? What a coinky dink.

I've said from the beginning that Dum won't face charges on this in the end. Even if he is as guilty as it looks like he is right now, somehow or another the friend will take the fall to save Dum from serious problems. All that being said, Goodell is going to take it out on him. This is not what he wants to see out of his high profile pro bowl players, or any player, for that matter.

The police report is based on a statment from the woman. This however does not indicate that the report is truthful. And believe me...I wanted him hung yesterday, but now that more facts are coming out...it's not as simple as it appeared.

It is for the hoods that Doom hangs out with. I'm sure if somebody threw a bottle at your car after cutting you off, you would get of your car and give them a piece of your mind.

I would typically agree, but we're still not sure that actually happened. Further, they woman was already being violent at that point. Eve further still...there are crazy people out there and for some there's only one way to deal with them...in a language they can understand.

I've had to pull mine out in traffic. I cut this guy off. HE got mad and blocked me over to the shoulder. He came out of his car with tire iron talking about how he was going to teach me a lesson. I pulled out my weapon, leveled it at him, and told him "sorry for cutting you off, but if you take another step with that tire iron that I am going to empty my gun into your chest." His girl got him to backdown and they drove off, then I called the police.

So Elvis Dumervil, Pro Bowl NFL player, though his life was in danger from some crazy woman throwing a bottle at his car? Or was he just pissed off that his high dollar ride got dinged up by a bottle?

He was and is an idiot. He has to realize who he is and what it means if he reacts the way he did. If it was really that important, let the friend go intimidate her.

She was the agressor. Not Dummervil. I am not saying brandishing a weapon is the way to deal with it. There are situations when that applies. First comes a bottle...then comes a tire iron. It's hard to say what anyone would do, but I would agree with you as the situation was originally reported.

If Plaxico Burress got a few years in prison and some time off of the NFL for accidentally shooting himself in the leg, then I'd imagine that Roger is gonna give Elvis some time off simply for lying about having a gun. From the precedent set by the NFL, they simply dont **** around with incidents involving guns and bad behavior.

Goodell didn't give Plax any time off. I didn't realize that until I looked it up just now. The Giants suspended him for the 4 remaining games of the season (as if he were going to play them with a GSW in his leg), and that was it.

So you're saying that the people from the white Impala made sure to make it clear to the Victoria's Secret employee that it was indeed both men that lifted their shirts to show a gun, and not just one of them?

I know one way to tell, and I'd be interested to know if the police bother: Are Dumervil's fingerprints on the gun?

That's naive. I seen plenty a woman destroy a man in fists fights alone.

Is that how you Colorado types roll?

Complete strangers that didn't know you? I find that hard to believe. These were woman you were in love with.....maybe. LOL

Against men who are in better physical shape than 99% of the world?

Yup. Really, this entire case comes down to one thing: Did Dumervil show the gun to the people in the car. Nothing else matters. If he doesn't have prints on the gun, he should walk.

If the prints are there, then it really just depends on the specifics from the witnesses. I think the people in the car can safely be considered to be credible witnesses that there was A gun involved, but not necessarily that both guys had one. Then, it really comes down to the Victoria's Secret witness and whether he/she can be considered to be credible.

Ignoring all that though, based on the description that this happened in heavy traffic, I'd be pretty amazed if they really only came up with one non-involved witness in the whole thing. Surely SOMEONE driving around there saw what happened more closely.

I don't know about the 99 percent part, but yes...these men knew how to fight and of considerable size compared to the female. They got their ass beat and not for a lack of trying.

I know that if a Chief's player pulled this shit I sure as **** wouldn't be defending the piece of trash.

Vanover, Bam Morris, etc. **** all of those pieces of shit.

I don't see a WHOLE lot of Bronco fans that are defending the action if the facts are true. But there's certainly a small level of doubt that Dumervil actually brandished a gun. I'd really like to see another non-involved witness to feel very confident about things either way.

I will wholeheartedly support Roger Goodell when he drops a massive hammer on Elvis.

Pulling heat on a woman LMAO

Seriously? You are speaking in ridiculous generalizations. Dumerville is an NFL defensive end. You cannot possibly say this woman was a threat to especially given she was in her car. Remember, Dumerville got out, so he clearly he took the most aggressive action.

I'd like to be made aware of the facts before passing judgement.

Of one thing I am already quite sure though: Elvis is a stupid mother****er who repeatedly makes poor decisions and if he weren't a pro athlete he'd be dead, in prison, or on his way. This whole thing is his fault. He's a full grown man who should know to stay in his luxury ride and go to his luxury hotel or beach club and drink Cristal until its time to go to camp.

I would be a recluse if I were a pro athlete. Of course, being a pro athlete, especially a defensive player automatically dooms you to having nearly zero common sense.

I know one way to tell, and I'd be interested to know if the police bother: Are Dumervil's fingerprints on the gun?

So it's impossible that they said both men had guns? That's the rebuttal? If I had a gun being threatened to me I would make sure people knew who had a gun.

And I agree on the second part but I still don't think this goes that far because the victims will receive something similar to this as an offer:

There are no victims in this case. Only stupid people who shouldn't be driving on our roads.
