We'll see how that goes. Hard to get the pass rush on Brady when he releases the ball for a short pass right after the ball is snapped. Brady is gonna try the same dink and dunk crap he did all day in that first game.

This defense doesn't blitz, either. Our front four are all monsters.

Mahomes looked like a deer in headlights when we disguised our fronts and we brought disguised pressure. Poor guy had no idea what was going on. That gameplan was vanilla compared to what he'll see on Sunday.

Pats aren’t scoring 30.

I remember the Raiders game at Arrowhead. Raiders are an awful team, even though they had a lot more success on the Chiefs defense in Oakland earlier this year. The Arrowhead game was the last one of the season. Entirely possible Gruden and Raiders were tanking for a better draft pick by that point.

And I do not see the Chiefs giving up 43 this time around.

No. He was held without a TD in the 1st half when we showed him those exotic looks. We didn't do much of that in the 2nd half.

Also, one of your TDs came as a result of a kick that was returned inside of the 5 and another came from a turnover in our own end. 14 points were barely attributable to your offense.

That was with Hunt on the field, too.

The strange thing is you think he's the same guy as he was early in the season. He is learning with every single play. That's the thing for a first year starter at age 23. Every damn day is a good learning experience for him.

Ravens have a better defense than you and threw the kitchen sink at him later in the season. He also didn't have Sammy Watkins in that Ravens game. That will be a pretty helpful weapon to him next weekend.

Your defense had the golden ticket to STOPPING THE MVP and they just stopped doing it for no reason at all. ROFLROFLROFLROFL

ROFL

I assure you Damien Williams is more than capable of running straight down the sideline and hauling in a perfect pass from Mahomes over your busted-ass coverage.

Mahomes was fooled for a half, I'll give you that.

Ravens definitely have a better run defense, but we have a better secondary. Gilmore is a 1st Team All-Pro and has shut down the likes of Davante Adams, Antonio Brown, Stefon Diggs, etc, JC Jackson has the lowest passer rating allowed in the NFL since becoming a starter (he was not a starter in week 6) and has shut down Adam Thielen and JuJu, and Jason McCourty has been a top 10 graded CB all season long.

None. They leave it dark so Bill Belichick's mistress can sneak out.

These are some low grade trolls. At least the Colts fans thought they were just going to run over our defense, which was at least based in reality.

But instead we have guys in here arguing they're going to roll in here on the road and hold the offense to 13 points. Maybe if there's a blizzard during the game.

The main thing in that first half is Mahomes was over-amped in his first primetime game. He overthrew open receivers that would have led to TD's early in that game.

Entirely possible he will be too over-amped in his first AFC Championship game, but he looked pretty damn good to me against the Colts in horrible snow conditions. He looked much sharper to start that Colts game than he did in a number of games this year. The other guys his age looked like absolute shit in the first half of their first playoff game last weekend (Deshaun Watson, Mitch Trubisky, Lamar Jackson).

We will see how he handles it next weekend. Nobody knows for sure. If they do, please give me the winning lottery numbers.

Those looks early on were high risk/high reward. They paid off early. We moved away from that while trying to protect a lead. Playoffs are an entirely different story. We were aggressive much deeper into the game today, just as we will be next week.

Williams is not a game changer. He is a capable player, but he won't win you the game. The lack of Hunt will be massive.

Every year you have home field advantage in the playoffs too. Seems to be a factor judging by your 9-0 home record this year and 3-5 record on the road this year.

Welcome to the New Era son, Unless the refs decide to protect the Pat's with another ZERO PENALTY game then Tom and friends are going to get another asspounding in Arrowhead. Remember the Chiefs forced Bill to bench Brady during NE's last visit in KC.

Cheat and pay your QB under the table?

Blatant lie. No one thoughts the Jags were starting a dynasty. Or the Steelers w/ their old QB. Or the Broncos with their even-older QB.

What makes a winning team? Elite QB + elite coach. Simple. And we have that. And will have that for the next 10-15 years, however long Andy wants to do it.

No need to be sour. You had your run - a run that won't be matched in any of our lifetimes. But torches always get passed, and KC has the best young franchise QB + elite coach combo since ... Brady was young and had Belicheat.

"We?"

This guy probably makes minimum wage at a toll booth and needs help finding the television channel for the games.

I will be very surprised if Reid coaches that long. Honestly, I can't help but wonder about his health situation. Could be a ticking time bomb.

Ha ha, I hear the same nonsense every year.

That has zero bearing on next week.

Care to explain why your team and especially your defense is trash on the road?

THAT has bearing.

We shut down the Steelers' offense less than a month ago in our last road game of the season. As always, we play our best football in late December and January/February.

As far as the offense sputtering in the second half of the season, Brady has been playing with a torn MCL. He is healthy now.
