The Patriots could lose to the Dolphins. They actually have done it in this exact situation before.

Chiefs are favored by 10 over the Steelers
49ers are favored by 3.5 over the Titans
Patriots are favored by 2.5 over the Bills

We are in great shape...

Looking at the standings and schedule and one thing that really popped out to me was the damage that Miami can do. They play the Saints, Titans, and Patriots and they have currently won 6 in a row. Their winning streak is less impressive than it sounds, but they defeated the Patriots in the first game of the season. If they knock off either or both of the Patriots and Titans, they will have done a great service (again) for the Kansas City Chiefs.

I really believe Tenn and NE are dropping games this weekend and we just have to win 1 of the last 2 after we beat a floundering Pit team.

1 seed is ours unless we totally collapse or covid torpedoes it.

I'd like to see them both go down to Miami.

Then we can drop a game and laugh at the anguish from the fanbases blowing their golden opportunity.

I'll always have a soft spot for Miami when they beat the Pats to give us home-field advantage.

I'll never forget Kevin Harlan calling both games during our broadcast.

Mitch is fine - we did okay there.

But man Harlan is (was) a legend. He's the guy I cut my teeth on the Chiefs with and there's still just nobody better.

I grew up with Harlan as well. I might be in the minority here, but I despise listening to Holthus.
