Can't imagine Perine is a better option than Hunt.

Unless there's a scheme issue that's nine touches alone.

For one more week, probably Steele.

But I think Hunt will start eating into that snap share and will start taking goalline carries as well.

If Steele's a 3-4 yard, low explosive runner who's also not getting goalline carries, he's gonna cap at like 5-6 points/gm in a standard format.

It won't take much from Hunt at all to beat that.

I was leaning hunt long term as well ( Stevenson /CMC, Josh brown /ford are my other RBs ) , I think hunt can take over perine job as third down back too which makes us less predictable.

Guys, the big plays are THERE. We're just not hitting them right now.

Is this based on All-22? Is Mahomes missing a lot of open receivers?

Pacheco/Steele/Hunt looks like a quality room to me.

Get Brown and Omenihu back for the playoffs (and hopefully solidify LT), and this team will be ready to crush souls en route to a threepeat.

All indications are that CEH will return Week 5.

There will be some interesting decisions to be made later in the year.

Really? Where'd you see that?

Heard it - pretty sure on the broadcast Sunday night? Could have been elsewhere.

You mean sending Cole Christiansen back to the PS? That's probably the move.

No, I mean later in the year when

Pacheco
Hunt
Steele
Perine
CEH

Are all vying for three spots.

Sassy Squatch 09-25-2024 11:39 AM

Did they keep 3 RBs and Sherman? May only be one spot.

They'll send Steele down when everyone is back

Pacheco
Hunt
CEH
Perine

If they move Steele he'll get claimed.

Exactly.

Sassy Squatch 09-25-2024 11:42 AM

Yeah, Steele ain't the odd man out. Perine, CEH, and Hunt all sort of full that same 3rd down back role.
