Game 6 Friday night at the K!

KevB 10-21-2015 05:06 PM

Well, that was worst case scenario. Oh well, win it at home.

journeyscarab 10-21-2015 05:07 PM

F- it, We'll do it LIVE. We'll do it at home! GO ROYALS!

Yep. Toronto can't handle the K.

Pete Rose complaining about the strike zone. Other guy says "that's baseball". Whatev

They may beat us, but I'm not nearly as apoplectic as Twitter. If you told me we'd have to split a two game home series with Ventura and Cueto on the mound to get to the World Series, I would've taken it at the beginning of this series. This was always going to be a dogfight.

You tell those blue jays fans that they will be dining in hell when we're thru with them on friday.

Estrada owned us today. That's it. Volquez pitched well enough to keep us in it, but Estrada took this game by the balls and walked off with it.

I was hoping NOT to have a Game 6. But here we go.

I think people are worried because they are viewing it as one good chance and one really bad chance knowing if we blow the good chance we are no longer in much of any position of advantage.

carcosa 10-21-2015 05:16 PM

Darn.

We had the best record in the league and we have two home games with our best two pitchers on the mound, and an all world bullpen. If we can't do it, we don't deserve it.

We'll take both at home. I'm sure of it. Go Royals!

Well, that's why winning yesterday and sweeping the two to open the series in KC were so important.

Feel good coming back to KC with a 3-2 advantage. If Toronto wins it at this point, credit to them.

But they won't. I think KC gets to Price enough early to take Game 6.

suzzer99 10-21-2015 05:18 PM

We still have Ventura and shaky Price who always finds a way to blow it in the playoffs. Also the Jays won't get every single squeeze call in KC as the umps don't have to worry about batteries raining down on them.
