Picking up where he left off at mini-camp.

BJ Kissel @ChiefsReporter
Chris Conley with another nice catch down the field. That's three so far today.

Allen Bailey walked Parker Ehinger into the backfield. Dude looks like he's gonna struggle with the bull rush.

It shouldn't be surprising that a guy that you (and I) expect could struggle with power would struggle with Bailey in his first day of pads.

Now Sean Smith leaves and the secondary is a sinkhole for our boy.

Yes, of course he's trolling.

I got into several arguments last preseason with morons who said Cooper had beaten Sean Smith out of his starting job.

This guy looked like an absolute monster from his college reel...if he pans out, having him next to Poe with Houston on the outside will be "interesting."

Especially if Ford turns into a decent player.

But that can't be right-many on here said he was a bad pick.

I can't remember a camp when all of our rookies were flashing so early like this. This is looking like a dream draft if the trend continues.

staylor26 08-01-2016 03:51 PM

Q: How competitive was it out there during the first day in pads?

HOWARD: "The O-line really gets after it coming off the rock. The D-line, I was talking to them after practice and was like this is probably the best group we've seen at the start of camp. They're really coming off working well together."

Jaye Howard saying what we all are saying. This OL could be really good.

I hope so...it will be the first decent line Charles has had in his career...and Smith's too (since becoming a Chief.)

When Alex has time...he's a very good QB.

O.city 08-01-2016 04:04 PM

Wonder when we'll see Charles and hali back at practice?
