Hardman has actually gotten WORSE this year. I expected so much more from him. Top 5 disappointment over the last 10-15 drafts.

MVS has better hands than JuJu and Hardman.

I don’t get the hate. He’s not Tyreek but we’ll…duh no shit

I think the hate stems from his contract, which people treat as if it's 2002, not 2022.

His money is literally just "starter" type money. Same as JReid. People are way out of touch. 10m/year nowadays is NOT what it was back when that was top of the market money.

MVS is good

I’m not a fan of hardman other than being a gadget guy. And I don’t see it that way at all.

He’s like Hardman in that you expect the occasional mistake. But he runs way better routes and can make the tough catches mecole can’t.

I think he’s a fine wr. Would like him way better as a wr2.

Seems like Mahomes already has much better chemistry with MVS compared to Hardman. It's early but that's the way it kind of feels IMHO.

Yep. Mahomes actually trusts him to run the routes and come down with the ball.

He had a nice game last night. People bitching about him are just digging in their heels, which happens here all too often.

Awful take. Not even remotely close.

Hardman has had good games like this before.

It's fine this year, but next year if we draft a WR or two and there's some guy like Justin Watson who gets ousted because we feel pressured to keep ****ing Exxon Valdez around, I'm going to be slightly peeved.

He's much more of a classic WR and his chemistry with Mahomes is already leagues better than anything we've ever seen with Hardman.

I think you're on an island with this take, dude.

You don't have to love MVS at all but I don't know why you'd feel like Hardman is a good comp.

I think contrary to what most people predicted, we've seen a little better of MVS than Green Bay did. They saw a guy who ran a small number of routes, who had speed but nothing else. We've seen him make some plays over the middle of the field and display more of an ability to create space than was billed. He obviously doesn't have the surest hands, but it looks like a good signing. Probably a case of Mahomes helping bring the best out of someone as well.

MVS is coming on as of late, building that rapport with Mahomes and it's starting to show. Glad to see it, because when we got him I was pretty underwhelmed. It's good to see his shortcomings could've very well come about in Green Bay from Rodgers' pettiness.

His career high is 38 receptions. He already has 19 for us. He's been better than anticipated.

Right. 5 games in and he's already halfway to his best season. He gonna be fine.
