Real question is : can we count on the fragile Cain as our CF going into next season?

I think you can run with an outfield of Gordon/Myers/Cain/Lough/Dyson. You've got a good 4/5 OF'ers there. And if Cain gets hurt bad enough to make the DL, platooning Bourgeois and Dyson is really not a bad situation. Bourgeois is very effective against lefties and Dyson is serviceable.
