What they don't tell you, is that blackout and other copyright rules apply to that system. So you can't just watch any preseason game when it's happening. You have to wait till the next day to actually watch the games. So it's essentially pointless for watching live games. When I called to cancel, I didn't say a single word and the first thing out of the rep's mouth was "We can refund your purchase if that's what you're calling about." He said everyone was canceling when they found out they couldn't watch games live.

For $20, it's well worth it for me as opposed to constantly hunting for shitty streams all the time.
