What they don't tell you, is that blackout and other copyright rules apply to that system. So you can't just watch any preseason game when it's happening. You have to wait till the next day to actually watch the games. So it's essentially pointless for watching live games. Not sure what system you're talking about, but my wife and her family used it to watch the Broncos game live last night from Kansas. The only games that aren't on there live are games that are shown locally on TV (or national games).

For $20, it's well worth it for me as opposed to constantly hunting for shitty streams all the time.

If they did, they'd have to charge everyone for it and people would be bitching about having to pay for preseason games.
