The second video snippet has the timestamp cropped off for some reason. There are different people hanging out by the door and I think different cars parked across the street. So it would seem some time has passed.

In the video, the couple standing next to the red traffic cones, the guy has a light blue shirt on and the woman is in a dress, they can be seen crossing the street when the photographer is coming back and I guy standing to the side of them in the first shot, he is getting picked up by a vehicle in the 2nd shot. So it looks like a little time went by but not too much.

Got it. So the bar owner deliberately cropped the video so you couldn't see the timestamp. The same bar owner who's been saying he saw nothing and Rice was drinking water all night, presumably because he doesn't want to be seen as ratting out his customers.

Rice is a moron and deserves to be prosecuted.

First, it's 8 felonies and the people's lives he disrupted for being an immature jacksass and then walking away from the problems he caused for most likely being intoxicated like he was playing a video game without a care in the world.
