He didnt fail. Hes above average, but to recoup the pick/picks given up for Alex Smith hes expendable to this regime. If Albert was already on my team id be fine with him as my LT and would NOT trade him just to drat his replacement with hopes he would be as good or better , but if I didnt have Albert and needed a LT Id probably draft one instead of giving up my 2nd rd pick for an above average LT.

Only the Chiefs.

Trade one of your best players, and one of the best LTs in the game, to recoup the picks you pissed away on a game manager, bottom half of the league, QB.

I find it fascinating that Ansah and Lane Johnson has garnered the most interest (interviews/meetings ect..) FWIW

If we refuse to draft a QB and **** this franchise in the ass for the next 5-10 years we may as well throw away a pick on either of these two.

At least there is a 1% chance they could be difference makers. Jeckel = 0%

Damn right this is about Alex Cassel, because they're trying to get back the 2nd round pick they stupidly gave away for Alex Cassel. There is no evaluation year. That ****stain will need to win a minimum of two playoff games this year to justify his existence in a Chiefs uniform.

If it happens the way they hope it will Dorsey will have traded Brandon Albert and the 34th pick for Alex Smith and lower pick in the 2nd this year. This is best case scenario. It might end up being Albert and the 34th pick for Smith and a 3rd rounder.

SO Albert for Smith and move back in the 2nd rd.

Agreed.

While all we have to do is trade the #1 pick and guess what you get more picks than if you were trading your franchise LT in Albert.

I think they want to do both and get even more picks. There is no reason they can only do one or the other. You aren't seeing the big picture.

There's no ****ing reason for this team to dump a very good LT and replace him with Joeckel.

WE'RE WASTING THE MOST VALUABLE PICK IN FRANCHISE HISTORY.

This is an abomination.

and if they kept albert, and took joeckell to play right tackle would you be okay with that? That is a legit scenario by the way.

Yeah. Now he would never admit it, but now that some time has passed Im sure Dorsey wished he would have waited and got Smith for a 3rd (it would have been a high third #63) and a pick next year because it really was a lot to give up.

Look at it like this. The Raiders gave up a 1st and the following years 2nd for Carson Palmer. Horrible move. Everyone agrees on this. Now Dorsey gives up the 34th pick, very, very close to a first, but it is still in the 2nd rd, and the following years 2nd for someone I cant say is even better then Carson Palmer. He might be better then Palmer, but its hard to say because San Fran was such a juggernaut overall I think several average type QBs could have had similar success.

No where as stupid as you portray yourself to be on here. You cant comprehend why the chiefs would trade brendan albert, well dumb shit, hes going to be 29 years old, they can trade him, save the salary they could have to pay him, draft his replacement, who will step in day one, with probably just a slight down grade from a player that is LEAVING HIS PRIME in albert.

They also traded for the only qb that is true starting material this YEAR. This is a WIN now league, your team has a LOT of talent. If it was talent BARE like the jets are about to be, like the jags are, THEN you can start all over provided their is a franchise rookie qb that is worth the number one. THERE ISNT, Andy Reid, and John Dorsey are much smarter than me, and WAYYYYYY smarter than your reject borderline full blown reeruned ass.

So sit back, be quiet little boy, and just watch. There is only one thing in life that really pisses me off. STUPID PEOPLE.....and yes, you are beyond stupid......

Only a dumbshit like you believes replacing Albert to recoup the draft picks wasted on your useless boyfriend improves the team.

thats because you THINK way too small. You are only thinking RIGHT NOW. The chiefs are looking at the now, AND THE FUTURE. Albert is 29 years old, he wants a long term deal. even a 3 year deal, which he wouldnt take, would put him at 32 years old.....They can draft a 21 year old right now, pay him HALF of what albert is going to want, pay that for the next five years, before they have to redraft the position. And, Alex Smith, talk about him, and cry like a little biatch, all you want. The bottom line is, the qb position, is in the BEST POSITION that the chiefs could of possibly been in FOR THIS YEAR. And, back to that thinking about now, and FUTURE, he will also help develop his replacement, brings leadership, and professionalism to the position.

Thats why i just cant wrap my head around anything you say. You are just stupid.....purely stupid. Myopic, shortsighted, lacking any ability for critical thinking.......

At least CLAY, while spouting bullshit, 90 percent of the time, at THE VERY LEAST, tries to support his stupid shit with stats. You have NONE OF THAT.

zero. just a whiny baby on a keyboard.....boo hoooooooo
