But I base my speculation on the fact that defenders that have gone against him have said he shows flashes of brilliance, but just needs to work on his technique.

New World Order 10-02-2013 01:53 AM

Geno looks like he has the arm to be a good qb in the NFL. The problem is he just looks dumb as shit out there. I have never seen a qb run out of the back of the end zone, take multiple sacks for HUGE losses and try to go around the back with the football only to fumble all in the first couple of months of playing in the NFL.

That being said, I would still take him over Fisher.

Peyton Manning has protected the ball (no INTs), as has Alex Smith. Both are 4-0. Eli Manning has not protected the ball. His team is 0-4. Clearly protecting the ball helps you win.

Yea sounds like he is already setting up an excuse that its the Jets fault when Geno fails.

I mean the Jets coaches haven't taught him you cant run out the back of the end zone or switch hands with the ball behind your back while being tackled.

Stupid Jets coaches.

The western toilet is most definitely the worst of the two, but it's a horizontal sewage system with a southwest tilt starting in NY.

Jets destroy the young and promising, then they trickle down the pipeline in to obscurity in Oakland.

JFC I hate the True Fan moniker, its just dumb.

That being said , this is not true, I put zero limitations on Smith in Reid's offense. In fact I actually thought he would have more passing yards by now but I didn't figure on this many running yards so its about a wash.

Just as long as you'll acknowledge that it was essentially the exact same play that gave Geno his win against the Bucs.

I believe Clay lauded it as proof that Geno's athleticism makes him a winner in that he put himself in the position to get the call.

"Can't have it both ways cock suckers"....is that how I'm supposed to say it?

LMAO Yes, that's it. I'm good on whatever anyone wants to call those playes as long as we call them the same way. My personal opinion is that if a QB puts his team in a position where one call going there way means a win then he deserves some credit for putting his team in that position and making the other team pay. That goes for Geno and Alice and both made the other teams pay and both guys put pressure on the defense to make those penaltys IMO. But if someone wants to say the defense gifted those games to Geno and Alex I disagree, but that's fine let's just make sure it goes both way.

Saul Good 10-07-2013 11:26 AM

It was a terrible call, but that's how the NFL calls that play.

their way of making up for the phantom PI call on Berry on 3rd and long that allowed the Titans to extend their drive for the TD that gave them the lead.
