3lbs this week. I was counting on 5. I'll assume that all the water I drank yesterday combined with all the sodium in that pizza is holding that number down. I'll bet a couple more pounds falls off in the next couple of days as I clean out.

How much should one rest between sets Silock? I don't usually wait more than 45 seconds between sets myself but I thought that was normal.

If your main goal is to get stronger, then you want to go with heavier weight, lower reps and rest 3 minutes between sets. Otherwise, resting a minute is plenty. |
