Just realized that the quip about football players making 'business decision' tackles won't quite be so hilarious anymore.

Back to the basement we go.

Use pit of misery.

But then remember we have Mahomes. He'll mean way more to KC than any CB ever could if he pans out.

Yeah, elite CBs are a dime a dozen. We can replace him immediately with Acker.

Yes, please make this about race. Because, you know, blacks just aren't given much of a chance in the NFL.

..nah...it's probably because he kept it real and us whitefolk coudn't handle it.

moron (A-Aron...now the CPer)

He doesn't have a choice where he plays until his contract is over but yeah keep banging that drum.

I love the stellar player comments. LOL

Go back and review the first half of the season. He ran up and literally tagged the ball carrier, refusing to tackle him. He did this time and time again.

Yeah...stellar!

Simply Red 02-23-2018 03:09 PM

we still LITERALLY EMPLOY the #1 slot cover man in all of the league - that should help temper this move, at least some.

He does have some leverage, cause there’s a 99% chance he would have held out this year, and the next, and the next... hell, Peters is bold enough to sit out games. The dude gives no ****s about anything outside of Oakland to my eye.

Sure, they could have kept him for the 2-3 years, but it would have come with tons of distraction and drama.

Moron stance.

When the dude is getting in to canton it's only going to make the chiefs look even more reeruned.
