No, we were VERY deflated to say the least, but we did not think it was over because the Stros were still up 3-2 and only had to win one out of two. Also had Roy O on the mound, so we knew we had a decent chance. Had we lost game 6 tough, I don't think any of us would have had any hope of winning a game 7 in St. Louis.

Mark Mulder's massive pussy streak came through for y'all.

Guy got a bad call against him at 2b, a bad defensive alignment where we were holding Ausmus on at 1b and a dribbler sneaked through and then he just ****ing folded.

You saw the difference between an ace and a faux #1 in that game. Oswalt was unflappable and Mulder just quit and started throwing cockshot fastballs. I was in the left field stands and you could see his shoulders slump and his body language just fall apart.

I absolutely hate that guy and it's almost exclusively because of that el-foldo. What a bitch.

Don't forget him repeatedly going to Randy Choate in 2014, who, literally, threw a damned game away, with the coup de grace being putting in an ice cold Wacha into a walk-off scenario who gave up a walk-off to Travis Ishikawa, who is probably the worst shitbag to ever end a playoff series with a walk-off.
