Easier said than done. There is a luck factor involved with it. You can do everything right and the guy can still be a major bust.

Your chances of success are exponentially higher if you build the player’s confidence up and make sure he’s prepared when he goes out there.

You can throw a talented guy out there immediately who has all the tools but isn’t ready to run an NFL offense. They lose confidence and once that happens to a young qb it’s very hard to regain it.

Just be patient and let the kid simmer.

Next year this FOX #1 announcing team will include Brady.

Oh joy.

That’s interesting. Rodgers has always been too arrogant.

I can't imagine he's missed very much.

Watching this game, the Chiefs need to acquire at least 3 receivers next offseason. We can't outscore these teams as it stands. Veech has to go nuclear on the receiver position.

The whole FOX NFL production feels far inferior to the other networks.

Shitty graphics, boring pbp guy and analyst, same tired studio crew since about the Clinton administration. (Seriously, who wants to listen to Howie Long anymore?)

They need to shake things up in a big way imo.

ya, I have a feeling they won't drop Skyy and Toney but they really should. The only one really worth keeping is Rice and I'd keep Watson if cheap as a backup guy

If there’s a receiver they really like in the first round they should move up to get him.

Probably will be expensive but we desperately need an infusion of talent there. Rashee is a good start.

He said he wasn't criticizing Rodgers because he won 2 MVPs doing it but he'd basically make his own checks at the line. I guess it was some kind of freelancing. The coaches claim they didn't always know what was going on. Hinted that it was easier now because they could call plays off each other and set things up as the game went on.

Yeah, and Bradshaw and Johnson? Why do these guys want to die in their studio chairs? It's so stale

Pretty questionable clock management by SF.

Sounds like he might have been switching to plays that would boost his stats, which might not be the best thing for winning games.

Not pushing for a touchdown there? Hmmmmmmmmm

siberian khatru 01-20-2024 08:32 PM

What an incredibly conservative drive
