Kobe doesn't always think straight under pressure. D-Fish's shot definetely hit the rim but I couldn't tell until replays. Could you? IMO that is just one of the breaks of the game. |

Although I honestly think most people outside of SA realized that LA deserved to win that game last night. If an officiating gaff at the end sealed the victory that is just poetic justice. |

I have to admit that Celtics/Pistons series has got my eye. I think Detroit really has a chance to win but with as much talent as the Celtics have on their team it will be their play that decides the series. Speaking of Fisher here is a memory for Deberg. |

He's not being a homer. He's being honest. Thats the difference between the Lakers and the Chiefs. Lakers are expected to do great things. Thats been the history of the franchise. Chiefs just hope to make the play offs. lol

I didn't see the whole game so I'm not going to comment on the first 3 and a half quarters. I did, however, see the last few minutes. IMO, that was a foul at the end and it should have been called. A foul is a foul. I don't agree with the mind set that the refs should not decide the game in this instance. If you really think about it, the refs did decide the game by not calling what was a sure foul in my mind.
That being said, it doesn't really bother me that much since I have seen the Spurs as the benefactor of questionable officiating many times. I guess what goes around comes around. Frankly, I don't care for either team. I just hope Boston gets there and wins the whole thing. I will say that I think the Lakers are definitely more fun to watch than the Spurs. |
