If Law, Cooper and Parks agree on a prospect - and they all agree Smith is a small guy with fringe stuff - it's tough to argue with that.

If we hear nothing by about 4 or 4:30, then we know that this is the only trade. Last-second deals usually don't take 2 hours to report.

He will platoon with Lough, I'm thinking. The Royals are hoping his power numbers so far this season are a direct result of his injury problems and that he'll provide some pop to a corner OF spot.

Defensively, Maxwell has been a negative WAR player according to BR.

My guess is, Lough is still the starter and Maxwell will either be in if Cain is hurt; and/or a spot starter against lefties.

If Cain's out, then he might be a platoon for Dyson. Which is why I'm wondering if Cain's hurt, its the only way this makes much sense.
