Updating a previous item, the Eagles fear Jeremy Maclin tore both his right ACL and MCL during Saturday's training camp practice.
Team docs' "first examination" revealed Maclin may have torn two knee ligaments instead of a routine ACL tear. Either way, the early signs are ominous for the scant remaining hope Maclin might be able to play in 2013. Maclin's MRI is taking place Saturday afternoon. The year-ending injury improves DeSean Jackson's fantasy outlook slightly, and bumps Riley Cooper onto the first team.

Any word on Abdullah?(sp?) i may have missed it but i dont recall much fs talk. I expected this kid to be blowing it up and putting KL where he belongs being a solid backup somewhere.

Damn, tough luck for Maclin. Loved him at Mizzou, and thought he was underrated as a pro.

Kinda hate training camp. The best part about reading training camp reports are getting through them and not seeing that a major player had been injured.
