Nope. Not true all the time. Google reverse line movement.

It depends on the line itself as well. 80% of the handle in the other game is on Philly, but the line hasn't moved an inch. Vegas isn't giving SF +3 for sharps to come in and hammer them.

Yes. Lots of volleyball players wear braces that limit movement to front/back only and Pat has access to **** that nobody else does. He'll be fine.
