It's not "too many calories." You just have to account for it in your daily caloric intake.

Heh, I'm sure you can tell just how precious those little buggers are to me.

What were you doing to strengthen your back?

I'm just saying that you framed your exercises in terms of being good for golf and "working the waistline", which they aren't. They may not be hurting, but they're not really helping.

I framed two small things as being golf related......My post was kind of for humor but I did do those things.......So tell me what should I do for my golf muscles? I used to get head from the golf pros daughter in the out house during thunder storms mind you....So what should I do different......prescribe me a workout for a golfer....please. I've never gotten it right all these years. I'm serious about that. ( sounded like forest gump) Seriously...help me with my work out so it transpires to golf.

One of the guys in my kettlebell seminar (I see him at the gym pretty much every day) is a pro. golfer (at least he said he plays golf for a living... not sure if that means he's on scholarship at the UofA, tour, or a golf pro). Anyway, he says that kettlebells are one of the best things he's discovered to get stronger for golf.

Did great on my fast all day, but went a little nuts tonight at dinner when breaking it. Took the boys' about for BBQ. I cleaned my plate and helped my kids out with theirs more than I should have. Oh well. I don't get out to eat BBQ often.

I saw that...not relating to but I do think the explosion part of that workout could benefit a golf game. Golf is explosion....consitant explosion.

Well, I did, above :)

Anything that helps out with stabilization will help you. You want to keep your body as stable as possible.

Six Star Muscle Vanilla. 25g of protein and 150 calories. So do I do one scoop, or two? It's suggesting 2. Heh, 3 times a day for a minimum of six weeks for maximum muscle growth. But there's no way in **** I'm doing that.

I have no idea what that tastes like. One scoop is plenty.

Post-workout. You can take as many per day as you want.

Mr. Flopnuts 02-23-2010 09:20 PM

It's not bad at all. 240 calories with a cup of skim milk added. I just stirred it up with a spoon so it was chalky but I drank it quickly. I decided to try it tonight because I lifted this morning and only had about 55g of protein for the day before drinking it.

Filled my belly up but I don't know how long that will last. I'm definitely glad I can wait until I'm done with my cardio before drinking it. That would suck.

I usually drink mine right after my workout.
