Oh and you realize that while the B1G was still at 11 they were interested in adding Oklahoma, Nebraska, aTm, Kansas, AND Iowa State right? But the Big12 pulled its shit together and got a lot of the schools to stay.

Think what you want, but the offense will look better now without Mangino. Everyone knew Fred was going to the NBA eventually, because he's an NBA guy. He's friends with the Bulls GM and he even helped Fred put together his first Iowa State staff. Pretty sure Fred grew up a Bulls fan and even played for them. Taking your dream job isn't quitting. At least our coach was good enough to be in the NBA unlike Bill.

Todd Sturdy is our OC now. Someone who also was confused why dumbass Mangino kept throwing the ball instead of an easy rushing TD to win. Or why he didn't center the ball for a game winning FG for another win.

Oh and last time he was an OC he had the #9 passing offense. But yeah, nice try.
