People trying to figure out how Rice can afford a Lambo but the car in his name is the Corvette.

No it’s not. Only to dipshits like you.

Yah, me too. Kind of concerned he hasn’t. Not a good look at this point. Hope to God he’s talking to anyone on the team and/or his agent. Someone that could talk him into doing the right thing.

The longer this goes on, the more I'm convinced he's taking legal advice to stay off the radar due to him having something in his system that shouldn't be there other than alcohol. Hopefully I'm dead wrong about that.

But he wasn’t driving the Vette? This is still confusing. Which car did he get out of?

Womble 03-31-2024 02:43 PM

Well if this all goes downhill and Rice ends up in jail, at least Chiefsaholic will get to see Rashee as a Chief.

He won't be a chief if he's in jail.

Here and on social media there's so much about punishments and suspensions this and that, the guy still hasn't even turned himself in yet to even start talking about that. I said it earlier this morning but I still think that's the story. We're almost at 24 hours since the accident and he hasn't turned himself in.

Fellas - it's stupid. In a league full of absolute ****ing sociopaths. Dudes that strangle women. Every team in the league has someone with a no-shit domestic violence change on their record.

He was racing his buddies on the highway. Hell, I've done that. Not in damn lambo but in a car that would go way too fast. And it was stupid and dangerous and that's pretty much what being young does to you. You do stupid and dangerous things.

"Well someone could've been killed" yeah well they weren't. Or evidently even badly injured. Is that lucky? Sure, maybe. But man, I feel like every single pearl clutcher in this thread has done something where, but for the grace of God or just blind dumb luck, could've gone real real real badly. It didn't. We exhale and move along.

Is he gonna get punished? Probably. But Christ alive, some of y'all wanna bury the guy under the courthouse. That's kinda strange to me for something that falls squarely under the umbrella of stupid rather than evil or malicious.

I'm pretty sure you forgot the part where he fled the very scene where people were hurt, but okay at least you recognized that he will probably be punished :).

BigRedChief 03-31-2024 02:45 PM

We all did stupid shit when we were young. I drove drunk. Never had an accident or involved anyone else but that's just by luck.

If his buddies corporate, there is no way they can pin this on him legally. Not driving the car but just a passenger, do you still have to stay at crash site legally?

But I guess he could’ve leased one.

Maybe a lease. But even without that angle, he can afford it. This world is full of people in debt up to their eyeballs living beyond their means. He has the cash flow to cover that type of expensive vehicle over the next 4-5 years.

Really really hope he wasn’t doing anything harder than weed/alcohol. If he was, then maybe, probably Veach should cut him loose. But I’m not going to believe that shit until I have to.

Of course. Every one of those dudes was probably drunk and high, AND perhaps carrying illegal firearms. These guys are ****ing idiots, but mostly Rice for continuing to hang with his lowlife buddies that bring him down. How many times have we seen this story before? Only thing that changes is the characters involved.

May as well just say the N word, since we can all read between the lines here.

Right the dude in the orange shirt got out of the Vette, which is the car in Rice's name.

Now the question is, is that Rice in black? If so, he could have been driving the Lambo.

It would be awesome if Rice was in gray/white because that dude got out of the back seat of the Lambo.
