It's just depends if KU's offense can get it going right from the start, not bumbling and wandering around like a homeless drunk when the game started, until realizing "OH SHIT! We got a football game to play!" After that, they play Texas Tech, at Lubbock. That could be worse than the Little Bighorn massacre. Nebraska has a very friendly schedule. They play Iowa State and Baylor at Lincoln, so that helps them. Nebraska should take care of them, but Iowa State is not going to be easy, fwiw. The Arnaud and Robinson combo is a tough one to deal with. Missouri worries me the most, if I was a Mizz fan. They play against Texas, and that's not going to be easy. Mizz has a outside shot a this game, since the fact the game is played at Columbia. Outside of that, I don't know if they're gonna win this game, becuase Mizz's defense scares the shit out of me. After that, they got to go to Colorado. Yowza. Frazod might be right. The Mildcats might actually have a outside shot of winning this conference. |
I can understand the scenario where the winner of the Colorado-Nebraska game wins the north. I have a hard time seeing Kansas State win the north.

I need to see more consistency from KSU. They weren't even on the radar before this week. Maybe A&M is that bad.

Perhaps it's just one of those days that you know it's just not your day for aTm. However, I also want to let people know that Daniel Thomas kid is real. Plus, K-State offense showed more "spark" when Grant Gregory replaced Coffman. Gregory has more risks than Coffamn, with his dumbassery spinning out of the pocket, trying to create something, only to lose massive yardage. But he also has high reward, as he can run better than Coffman, and manage the team better. But you are right. K-State do need to show more consistency. But you can't deny that K-State actually gotten better under Bill Snyder. Remember, K-State under Dickless Prince gave up what, a shit ton of yardage and points? In 2008 season, K-State defense gave up 35.8 PPG in 12 games. In 2009 season, K-State defense gave up 23.8 PPG in 7 games. So outside of one bad game in Texas Tech, they had been consistent in terms of keeping their opponents below 25. |

I agree with you - we could easily lose to Colorado next Saturday. |

Also - there is nothing more redneck(ingly?) pleasing than watching a bunch of Harley Davidsons circle the field before kickoff.
