**** Pham, but hopefully it gets that turd GM fired. Oh, did I mention he's hitting .197 over a long span since that fluke start

Each of the past 2 seasons, when he averaged 140 games played while contributing 10 wins above replacement?

The Cards dumping him was an all downside move. Stupid.

BigRedChief 05-24-2019 02:45 PM

Finally, Carp moved down. Maybe this will kick start his slow starting ass.

I get not knowing the value of a Matt Chapman or David Peralta, but posts like this make me wonder if you even watched Cardinal baseball the last two years.

Totally feels like a Cardinals move.

Worst record in the NL this month. This team sucks.

We have burned out our better relievers with over use but this is being too cautious.....

WTF do you consider a long span? Last seven games his line is .310/.394/.621 Last 15 games it is .271/.386/.492 Last 30 games it is .310/.412/.526

Oh did I mention his career line (1488 ABs) is .280/.378/.479

We got most of that for half a million a year. He got a deserved bump up to 5 mil. this year.

What is maddening to me is that they clearly wanted to shore up their defense by committing to Wong, yet with an outfield glut they discount price their most valuable and productive all around outfielder and then pay Jose Martinez for basically what they could have given Pham.

Yea Pham fortunately for him broke his foot towards the end of last season right after getting traded so he didn't much much time but to act like dude has been healthy for any stretch is a straight up lie.

BTW I called this potential collapse in late April, odd for someone who doesn't watch or understand the game eh?

Keep hanging off Carpenters junk though.

the fans down here dont like him at all. Bordering on hate. He evidently made fine comments about the Rays, fans, the stadium etc.
Etc.

Marcellus 05-25-2019 05:00 PM

BTW Voit has hit 13 HR for the Yankees. What a stupid trade THAT was. Spare me the Pham drama if you want to be pissed be pissed about that trade.

A starting power hitting 1st baseman for 2 middling relievers?

Pasta Little Brioni 05-25-2019 06:16 PM

Ray's fans want that turd gone too ROFL ROFL
