I’ve never understood why Iowa fans are so obsessed with Iowa State. Like it’s insane how many Iowa fans follow the Iowa State AD and so on on Twitter, and if they are playing at the same time a lot of Iowa fans are talking Iowa State instead of Iowa.

I dont obsess over ISU. I lived in Story City and taught in the area. Loved being in Ames. From NW Iowa. Cant speak for anyone else.

I dont understand the whole uniform thing. All of these stupid alt uniforms and colors. ISU vs Iowa. ISU looked like a can of green beans from the 80's. Maryland wore black. Vs Iowa. Why would you want to look like your opponent? It did not confuse them.


Minnesota has gray uniforms-they look green on TV. They have gold helmets that look like Notre Dame.

Just wondering what they had today-that is not the official ISU colors.
