The shoulder "injury" is just the snowball at the top of the hill. It will morph into a persistent excuse/not excuse/ but really is the excuse for poor performance.

If the Broncos designate Russell Wilson as a June 1st cut they can get rid of him after 2 more seasons in March of 2025.

That’s their best case scenario. BUT they would still have $49.6 million in dead money to shell out through 2028. They’ll try to pay it all up front to have one horribly bad season of no cap space which is even more hillarious.

Serious question. Could the donks ask him to retire after this year and offer him a nice severance package to get out of the massive cap hit or would that violate some sort of policy. That's really the only out that would save them from 3-4 years of pure suck
