If the only evidence they had was the photographer's statement, sure. I'm just saying that I won't be 100% confident this is a non-issue until the cops say they are letting it go. If there was physical evidence that someone punched the guy in the face, they likely won't just drop everything just because the photographer says nothing happened. (See countless DV cases where the abused doesn't want the abuser prosecuted.)

It could have all been circumstantial, but, after the wreck, he decided to leave the scene.

After being arrested for the wreck and leaving the scene, instead of staying in his really large house, and chilling with friends, he went to a club (and more than likely did the thing) and then was with a felon who had illegally possessed a gun on his person. Being with a person with a gun, means you might be with that person when they fire that gun.

I had a family member who was shot in the back because he wrecked his car, and a headlight was misaligned, and some thugs thought he bright lighted them. They followed him home and shot him in the back and killed him.

Rappers, even crappy regional rappers, seem to get shot at a lot, or killed. Who knows what beef Pimpy J has with DJ DZ Nutz, etc.

I stick by my statement that hanging out with a felon who is illegally carrying a gun around is a bad decision for Rashee Rice. And if you want to argue with me to prove something so badly that you are arguing it was a good decision, you need to sit back and think a little harder.
