Ooops, misread who you wanted to move to the PS. Henne wouldn't have to clear waivers, but you still have to pay him his contract. I'm not sure how that works if he's on the PS and subject to PS money.

Also, a vet of 4 years doesn't need to clear waivers to be brought back.
