Saul is quickly becoming a KU homer! |

Fran said the Jayhawks won it while he was talking about Julian Wright learning how to bowl. He must have been mistaken. |
I don't give a shit who calls it what, this KU team lose's it's focus way too often. Yes KU has the better talent and there is NO REASON for NU to outscore KU in the 2nd half, even with a very large lead unless playing 3rd stringers.
FTR, That Anderson kid is one hell of a shooter, but he better control his anger. |

Yeah... I agree they lose focus too much, but no one is going to look back and say they should have beaten Nebraska by 50. It has been a problem in the past, and we can only hope they keep their focus in big games... but they are college kids playing on the road, and had like a 30-0 run at one point. |

I'm not looking for perfection, but I do want us to be able to stay focused........ the 2nd half we were not. Just going thru the motions.... just like we did in the 3 losses we have so far........ Going thru the motions knowing we were going to beat them. DePaul, ORU and TT should not have beaten us....... we didn't bring our best. Why else do you think Bill Self was hostile , cussing his players out during the game on timeouts ? :hmmm: |

But by Saturday morning, it will just be Monday's 20-point win. I'm fine with them getting lazy if they're up 30. Frankly, I would be THRILLED if KU's first round NCAA Tournament game this year is exactly like tonight's. |
who won?
|
Hawks by 20. Led by 33 at one point in the first half. Nebraska had a 13:39 scoring drought between their 6th and 8th point.
Rush had 20. Wright 17. If that's a serious question? |
not really, I watched the beginning turn it off when the score was 28 to 6
|
By the way, KU is 3-0 when I start the game thread and has won by an average of 24.67 points.
