It doesn't excuse his judgement though.

THis is another case of someone thinking we are still in the answering machine age, instead of the digital recorder/upload/download/utube age.

Lesson to everyone, never ever leave a message on a machine without thinking the whole world might have it available to them.

For that matter, never post stupid chit on a BB either.
