make the unfortunate mistake of a google image search on that "festival" and you'll accidenly see photos of Dudes BuFuing on main street. Anyone who takes a kid to that place should have them removed by DHS.

I'm sure Zach will photograph it in unique and artistic light, using the proper F stop, and angle to capture the moment for the next art s how.

People were making a big deal this week about the President of Iran and his archaic views on homosexuality when it was only 10 years ago in the good old US of A that a major tv character finally outed herself. There was such outrage over the fact that Ellen was a lesbian the network had to place a parental warning label on the show.

Because the in your face way they are going about it is not servign them well them well. It creates more issues than it solves for them.

For the record I could give a rats ass what they do I just don't think the way they are going about it will eventually lead to a backlash.

Very nice. After you snapped the pic did you yell at them to get their lazy asses back to work.

Actually shit like this leads me to believe their life style is by choice.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that most homosexuals don't view the people at this event as representative of the entire group. Although, I can certainly understand the tendency to over-generalize as that is the primary MO of CP.

jidar 09-27-2007 01:10 PM

wait... are there lesbian orgies?

It only creates issues with those that want to create issues and those that are going to take offense no matter what.

I'd still like to see some of those sponsors get Arrowhead advertising - "that three yard run up Weigman's ass was brought to you by Anal Eaze"

It's common knowledge that they have been trying to push their way into many churches and pastors have lost their jobs over it. The fact that you don't acknowledge that speaks volumes.

Marriage is a religious ceremony which changes the way we look at a couple from a legal standpoint. There needs to be a seperation of church and state here where a civil union is honored as the same thing under the eyes of our government. To say no to that and force the religious ceremony of marriage to be accepted by the church is wrong IMO and creates more problems than is solves for the gay community.

It doesn't surprise me that you don't speak out against such and event either. The parade and the exposure to the kids that is.

I don't agree kids should be any part of that. Aside from that.

Nobody can make the church do anything. If there are members of theirs pushing for a change in how they do things then whatever happens from what will...it is their organization...they are running it how they see fit. Again. I bolded part of your post above. How could that possibly happen? It can't...unless the church consents to it. There are a lot of people who don't accept civil unions because they don't see that as equality. They don't accept it. What will come of it? I don't know...but as long as church's are proactive against their way of life they will push back.

Of course they aren't.

It is easy to take these fringe groups and paints them representing the whole.

jidar 09-27-2007 01:14 PM

I fully endorse this display of bundle of sticksry in hopes that we will one day have hetero sex orgy parades.

I realize that is the PC response but as usual completely inaccurate. Go to the gay parade of even Halloween in the castro and tell me what you see going on there even remotely resembles something that should be acceptable in our streets. What they are doing is totally unacceptable by heterosexuals of homosexuals as it pertains to being done out in the open in our streets in front of kids.
