Can we go 2-1 without him?

Probably. Fortuitous that it happened this way I suppose.

If he has even a mild plantar fasciitis injury, he'll be out the rest of the year, IMO.

Or at minimum, ineffective. Putting weight on it is hard enough, but pushing off and cutting would be excruciating.

:banghead:

BS. You can fight through plantar fasciitis. All it takes is tape and they even make neoprene supports for it. It is painful but it is bearable. Especially with the painkillers they take before a game. ;)

Good to see they read the Planet.

I read on Warpaint last week that LJ's injury was the Plantar Fasciitis. Sometimes that place amazes me.

I have it on good authority... by which I mean I heard it on the radio... that LJ severed his pinky toe and will announce his retirement on Tuesday.

His immediate plans are to become co-owner of the bed and breakfast that Trent Green opened after a blood clot forced him to retire before the 2005 season. Priest Holmes, who retired 2 years ago after discovering a spinal tumor, wasn't available for comment.

This is reminding me of the Trent injury debacle last year...gonna be some funny posts to dig up when LJ gets back.

Maybe if he soaks his foot in the ass
of that magical wonder that is Damon Huard
they both can be out 3+ games

Direckshun 11-06-2007 02:54 AM

Without LJ, how will we ever beat the Colts.
