No problem with him as head coach but I think, other than owning the 4th round, he has had some terrible, terrible drafts...plus he routinely trades draft picks for worthless players on opposing rosters...seems like he values free agency more than the draft and I don't think that's how you win in today's NFL.

shanahan has been treading water for a decade....firing assistants and signing one terrible FA after another while going no where...

he is way past his prime...he needs a break
