Ummmm..i dont think any of us needed that.

the level of sadism that is required to not only watch and enjoy, but finance an entire dog fighting operation makes it just as bad as the murderers you guys will bring up, or the whiskey tango meth dealers mentioned before. he took pleasure in the pain and suffering of another living being. i still say we return the favor.

don't bother with the ray lewis comeback. or the l. little comeback. neither of those two should be in the league. so the argument loses its effect.

he paid his debt to society, yes. but playing in the nfl should be a privilege. if he can't vote, or own a gun, he shouldn't be reinstated.

WHy should it be a privledge? If some team wants to take a chance on him, thats their right. In the end its just like any other job.

He already threw away a ton of money with the Falcons and in endorsment deals.

I think so too. Sure, those are terrible pictures. I don't like dogs, but they are disgusting pictures. Sucks that it happened. Like you also said, I don't think we needed them here. I can see kcfan's position just from his avatar. He has a valid point to argue. We just do not all agree with it. Vick got hit pretty hard compared to others punishment wise. If somebody wants him, let them give it a try.

cause like it or not they are role models. maybe you want your kids looking up to a guy who can do this to another living thing

well if you don't like seeing the pics, you better hope we don't sign him. they will be at every game if they do. i promise.

btw, i used them to drive home a point. he did this to living things.

I wouldn't for the fact he does not fit us unless we change things up..

If I were Miami I would though..

and i'm sure there will be the same outrage there.

How about no. If we want to go the wildcat road, we've got Thiggy. He can do most of what Vick can, with less explosion, but also MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH (just a few more) MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH less risk.

If you deal with the PR nightmare, dude would be a beast coming in situational spots. Throw in the wildcat and you have a legitimate pass option.

Vick's career completion % is 53.8%. We've already got a QB on the roster with those kind of numbers. :bravo:

kysirsoze 06-02-2009 01:45 AM

I wouldn't want Vick for free, much less in exchange for anything.

Chief Faithful 06-02-2009 08:35 AM

Vick was an abomination at QB!! Backup Matt Schaub looked All-Pro by comparison when step in for an injured Vick. How can anyone want a QB that didn't look as good as Matt Schaub!! :banghead:

I live in Atlanta and I watch the Falcons, Vick was brutal as a QB. You guys love to jump all over Thigpen when he throws inaccurate passes so how can you want a QB like Vick that is even more inaccurate? Vick should have been converted to WR when he entered the league. Now it is too late even if he wasn't a bone-headed dumbass.

Why throw away a pick on a terrible QB that is a cancer to the locker room and community? Send him to Denver or Oakland!
