How 'bout the throwback Pepsi products with sugar? That's basically what Mexi-Coke is, I believe. Sugar rather than HFCS.

They were weekend treats for me. Cheat day beverages, if you will.

Yep, it's made with cane sugar. I missed out on the throwback Pepsi.

The Mexican Coke was a little different, but I can't say it was leaps and bounds better.

Ok, we're getting there. What did you get? Does the place have any unique specialties?

Lightly seasoned squash, zucchini, red onion, garlic, asparagus stir-fried in a wok and tossed with Parmesan. Salmon burgers paired with Avery The Reverend

It was pretty dang good for thrown together in 15 minutes with no idea where I was going when I cracked the fridge.

Hmm I don't know if this happens where you are but around here it comes back every couple months. I picked up 4 cases at target last week. I had forgotten what old school pepsi tastes like till I had it. Now I never want to touch the HFC again.

Oh, I thought it was a one time deal. I've never really aggressively pursued it though. If I happened to see it I'd try it, although I've never been much of a Pepsi drinker.

Red Rock Ginger Ale is amazing AND is with PURE CANE!!! it dates back to the 1800's. Bottled here in Atlanta. It literally burns your lips in a cayenne pepper sort of way. It's quite the pop. You should try it. Order it off of google shopping or Amazon. I'm sending Saul a four-pack, he's a huge pure cane fan.
