Cosmic, so sorry to hear it. Without providing details, I have been through a similar ordeal. The hurt never goes away but it does lessen with time. Thoughts and prayers for your brother's wife and kids.

We all share warm thoughts in times or sadness... but I just can't find the words. I can't fathom what you are going through. I'm touched and sad. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and I'm *so* sorry for you and your whole family. What a nightmare. You are in my thoughts... along with my own family and friends right now.

And yes, that is indeed my brother's glorious home. I've been there so many times. Used to spend the night in the same guest room that my sister-in-law's sister-in-law was staying in when she was slain. (Her 6 year-old daughter was in the house as well and witness the whole thing. She ran out of the house toward safety.)

It obviously seems most likely this is either the Ex or someone hired by the Ex. The fact that he would do this WITH his daughter in the house....wow...there's crazy and then there is batshit crazy. Stay strong!

I watch a lot of forensic files- sure its a tv show, but I really enjoy the fact that they are true stories, and they are stories just like this... if the police are not releasing information this could possibly be a good thing, all the combing and investigating can pay off, and I sure am hoping for you that it does in the end.
