Why has noone mentioned Cowher. If we are playing fantasy coach, then why couldnt clark just pony up and lure him out of the booth?

That's because he took over a complete shit team, and then his owner completely ****ed him over later in his career.

I don't know that Fisher would be my first choice, but it is fair to say he didn't always have it easy in Tennessee. Built a good team with a franchise QB, then had to gut it because they probably had the most cap trouble of any team in the salary cap era. Then his owner saddled him with a QB he didn't want, and he still ran a #1 seed playoff team out there with Kerry Collins.
