Instead you're overlooking the real problem and want to draft OL every year in the draft where ultimately the team is only as good as its QB. You'll take Jake Long, Joe Thomas, Brandon Albert over Matt Ryan, Aaron Rodgers, Matt Stafford, Peyton Manning, and Cam Newton right? Drafting a QB is like having a new baby. They're sponges and will learn a hell of a lot faster under the first system instead of buying a QB that was under multiple systems and can't teach 'em new tricks and can't get them out of their own bad habits.
