Keep it alive and updated! If we don't hear from ya, we're sending somebody to your house!! :D

Seriously, keep at it!

JD saying a prayer for you man....

Now about 48 hours in. Today was about the same as yesterday, maybe just a little better. Luckily I took the week off work so that I would have time to rest and take it easy this week. Been taking the clonidie pretty steadily (keeping an eye on that blood pressure) as it seems to help with the side effects of coming off. The clonidine makes me feel a little draggy, but I'd rather feel like that than restless and unable to sit still. Slept in, got up and did some housework, mowed a lawn, played with my 2 dogs. Then I turned back to the Royals again tonight.... Lord--- at least they provide some comedic relief and give me something to ***** about. Thanks for all your support. Day 3 was my downfall last time- but I am confident it won't be this time

Two days of clean under your belt. Two days closer to feeling like the real you. Way to go.

I would suggest not watching any Royals games if you want to avoid drug use.

Keep at it man. Can't imagine what it is like but we are pulling for you.

Day 3 complete. Clean. No day 3 stumble this time. I think I've got this thing whipped. I'm keeping that mindset anyway. I have to give you all a collective THANK YOU for the support. I know it's not over yet, but the worst is behind me.

JD, I don't know you personally or how bad your addicition is. However, while dealing with it a good plan is to immerse yourself into something you enjoy. If its breaking down the draft, running, etc, if you can get your mind off it consistently you'll find yourself in a better place. All the best

So I'm curious, how is it you still have a girlfriend? Whenever I've had a script for HD my dick was worthless for that week or so.

I, personally, turned down my prescription when I got mine pulled. I hate hydocodone. I've only taken them twice and I hated it. It barely numbed the pain and made me all kinds of ****ed up and sick to my stomach.

Same here, I never enjoyed feeling like a zombie. I avg about 2 ibuprofen a year.

LMAOLMAOLMAO

Yeah that was an unpleasant side effect at first. Oddly enough that, eh hem, "issue" went away after a while.

Never made me sick - neither does codine. I loved the feeling - warm, happy, just in a pleasant/ good mood.

One thing I can't stomach is alcohol. I won't touch the stuff. Makes me super dizzy and feel like dog ****.
