What is the definition of soft in this argument?

How many years did Osbourne take to win a title? How many big games did he lose? Did he go from soft to genius overnight?

To my understanding that he hasn't won
a Championship and got out played in the Finals. Also, he let KU come back from 20 plus points a couple of times 6 years ago. Pretty much Billay has judged his career on 7 games 2 of those being college games. It's really hard to keep up with such brilliant insights.
