Siler is so awesome.....that he can't win the starting job over Belcher.....for the LB position where tackling and plugging the holes is the main thing that's required.

The sheer amount of posts since you've arrived, knowing just which buttons to push, picking luv, all out trolling, and this type of argument lead me to believe you're Clay's mult.

I'm not a mult dude. I have a long introduction thread here somewhere.

Oh....and on the second play.....Siler get's completely blown out before he can move.

DJ misses more tackles, because DJ is fast enough to get into position to make plays. Siler is not capable of getting to the plays that DJ is. You're literally blaming DJ for being good enough to even get to the ball carrier, while Siler benefits from being too slow and stupid to even be able to miss a tackle. He's just NOT INVOLVED IN THE PLAY.

If Siler were so good at tackling and were capable of getting to the play, he would get more tackles per game than DJ. He does not.

It's like a guy who ONLY swings at fastballs. He hits the ball more times per swing!

Fine. He also takes far more strikes on curves. What's your effing point?

All of this is why we need to draft this guy next year:

Coach: what's the matter son

Johnny: I broke my dick coach

Coach: Alright rub sum dirt on it and get back in the game

Johnny: I broke my dick

Black Bob 09-06-2012 11:11 AM

Chiefs fans made gif of how bad of a tackler DJ has been. I could find 1000 pics of DJ missing tackles. Who gives a shit? You are to stupid to understand the argument.

On that note, Belcher will play. He never misses time like the other pussies.

Some of you guys are stupid as **** and should listen to what people say. LOL

You the BlackBob on the Falcons board that basically claimed that Siler in for DJ wasn't a huge drop off?

No. Because he wouldn't get to the ball carrier as often. DJ's pursuit is what makes him special... and raw athleticism.

Getting there is a big part of tackling. It doesn't count as a miss if you're not there to do anything.

Hey. Do you remember that play that made you gasp in horror this pre season?

You know, that one where all your confidence in this defense was once again shattered, splintered in pieces?

That one play where your jaw dropped in amazement as to how a defense that had come so far over the past two seasons could suddenly look like the keystone cop sequence you hated watching over the past decade?

Ya, that play where, suddenly, the season ahead was about to be come the nightmare ahead?

That one play that changed everyone's outlook of the Chiefs 2012?

The play where 30 seconds into the game, the starting defense got trampled by an aging downhill runner?

That play where the opposing offense handed the ball off and ran it straight at Dorsey and DJ?

That play where Dorsey couldn't get off a single block to make a tackle?

That play where DJ ran through the hole and 5 yards into the opposing backfield while the ball carrier ran for a huge gain in DJ's absence?

That play where the RB gouged the defense for 20 yards before he was tackled by the free safety?

That play that shattered everyone's hope for a good season?

I knew you would remember.

Just in case though, here's the play;

30 seconds in.

That seems a pretty fair summation.
