I get a decent cash bonus every year. Plus, Mrs. Boss makes homemade chocolates for me. I haven't seen a salary increase in 4 years though. I can thank the Obamalama economy for that one.

No bonus here that I am aware of. However, I am happy to have a good paying job and one that I enjoy. My boss cooked a potluck for all of us therapists on Wednesday, which was a very nice gesture and the food was awesome.
