Landed in LA, this may be out there: Hearing Andy Reid is telling people he hopes to bring both Tom Heckert & Packers exec John Dorsey to KC |
Wow that would be a huge coup if we can bring in both Heckert and Dorsey... talk about a stacked front office personnel wise!

And again -- not sure if it made it on-air tonight -- John Dorsey is the clear-cut favorite to become KC's GM. Heckert's second on the list. Jason La Canfora @JasonLaCanfora Also some info on possibilities of other Chiefs staff in that link. The GMs job is John Dorsey's if he wants it, but Reid runs the show... http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/blog/ja...chiefs-offense |
"@JasonLaCanfora reports Green Bay executive John Dorsey is "all but certain" to serve as general manager under Andy Reid in KC."

I really like it that we got things done early this time so we have more choices for coaches etc |

Why would he come here? Sure he's got a good relationship with Reid but thats only a part of the equation. He has been one of the most sought after GM candidates the last two years. He has told everyone he didn't even want to interview, no matter the money. So riddle me this, he finally decides to leave the Packers, he can have any open GM job he wants. Why would he go somewhere he is not going to have full control og the GM duties? |
